BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH

HONORABLE MILTON L. MACK, JR.

CHIEF JUDGE

 

Chief Judge Milton L. Mack, Jr. – a member of the probate bench since 1990, Judge Mack, a graduate of Wayne State University Law School, has served as the Chief Judge since 1998.  He also acted as the Chief Judge Pro Tempore from 1993 to 1997.  Judge Mack was appointed by Governor Granholm in 2003 to the Michigan Mental Health Commission.  He was also a past President of the Michigan Probate Judges Association, a past president of the National Association of Regional Councils, a former chairperson of the Southeast Michigan Council of Governments, and served as a member of the Michigan Supreme Court Guardianship Task Force.  Judge Mack is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Wayne County Probate Bar Association.
